Reception: Attend State Rep. Dave McCluskey's reception in the Old Judiciary Room (room 310) on the 3rd floor of the State Capitol from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM before the parade begins.
Route: Begins in front of the Capitol building along Capitol Ave. Parade begins at 11:00 AM
