Council 400 Welcomes Comptroller Scanlon

Council 400 Delegates were excited to welcome our new Comptroller, Sean Scanlon, to our January hybrid delegates meet. State retirees rely heavily on the work being done at the Office of the State Comptroller and CSEA staff and leaders have always worked to maintain a productive relationship with the OSC office to facilitate interactions on behalf of our members.
